Mounting your piece

I can provide a French cleat with your piece per request, it is a secure two-part metal system for hanging heavy artworks. One piece attaches to the wall, the other to the back of the artwork.

1. Attach one cleat to the artwork and the other on the wall.
2. Use long screws for the wall and short for the artwork. Make sure to level.
3. Attach the cleat to the mdf backing, not the frame—the frame isn’t strong enough to support the weight.
4. Position the cleat about 8 inches from the top for optimal balance.

Now lift and place the artwork so the angled edges slide together and now your artwork is securely mounted. Felt or bumpers is reccomended at the bottom corners to protect the wall
